Shipping & Handling
We carefully prepare and pack every Kristina Brenke Studio order from our Avalon Beach store. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate
- Express Shipping — $15 flat rate
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days of your order being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please note that delivery times are in addition to our 1–4 business day handling time and will vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service selected.
Express Shipping
Express orders are sent using Australia Post Express Post.
Please note that selecting Express Shipping speeds up the delivery service after dispatch. Our standard processing time of 1–4 business days still applies.
Oversized Items
Some oversized, heavy or particularly large items may require a separate shipping quote and may not be covered by our standard flat-rate shipping.
If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you with the shipping cost before proceeding.
Click & Collect
Complimentary in-store collection is available from our Palm Beach store.
Simply select Collect in Store at checkout and no shipping charge will be applied. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post.
International shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the size and weight of your order. We’ll contact you with the applicable shipping cost after your order has been placed.
You’re also welcome to contact us before ordering if you’d like to receive a shipping quote in advance.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges in the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking details.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to become available after your parcel has been lodged.
