We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
- Requests for an exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of receiving your order for online purchases. Proof of purchase is required.
- Proof of purchase may include an EFTPOS receipt, emailed tax receipt, bank statement or details confirming the date and transaction. Kristina Brenke reserves the right to decline a return or exchange where adequate proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- Requests made by phone or email will receive conditional approval. Returned items must then be received by us within 14 days of approval and must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.
- Any shipping costs associated with a change-of-mind return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs duties and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
